Grace Filled Marriage 2

Love is what gets us married but grace is what keeps us married because love grows weary, stale, bruised and even bitter from all the challenges that are inevitable to any marriage.

Grace helps us to forgive our spouse and our self. It keeps us grateful for each other even when all the image props fall away. And when life kicks us in the gut, grace keeps us on the same team.

The Grace Filled Marriage Part 2 Video Study picks up where Part 1 left off with its foundational teaching on how to make grace the active ingredient of your marriage.

No matter what shape your marriage is in, this study is for you. Grace makes a good marriage better, more fun, more of a picture of Christ and the church. And better than any other solution, grace rescues a marriage when it’s in trouble.

You’ll love the Grace Filled Marriage Part 2 Video Study as you and other couples dig deeper and discuss hot topics including:

• Giving Grace its Rightful Place

• Fighting Graciously

• A Grace Filled Money Makeover

• Grace Filled Generosity

• In-laws and Outlaws

• Caution: Kids can be Dangerous to Your Marriage

• Dealing with the Ghosts in your Bed

• The Legacy of Your Marriage

COST: $25 per couple Childcare provided Sign up at Welcome Center

Women's Bible Study

Kelly Minter’s “What Love Is: The Letters of 1, 2, 3 John.

The letters of 1, 2, & 3 John were written to encourage followers of Jesus to remain faithful to the truth. Believers are challenged to look at contrasting themes such as walking in the light instead of darkness, truth versus lies and deception, loving God more than loving the world, and the meaning of true fellowship and community rather than shallowness. This study reveals not only the heart of John but also the heart of Jesus.

Author:
Kelly Minter is an author, speaker, songwriter, and singer. She is passionate about women discovering Jesus Christ through the pages of Scripture.

Cost of workbook is $15.

Hebrews Sunday Morning Study

Starting Sunday, March 3rd, 9am, there will be a Bible Study on the book of Hebrews led by one of our deacons, Chris Booth. Meet in the Admin building! Contact: Chris 508-410-0695.

-

"What's the use?" At times of frustration or disappointment, it is tempting to ask this question. You work and work to grow to Christian maturity, but you seem to get nowhere--repeating your mistakes, neglecting your commitments, losing your motivation. The original readers of Hebrews felt the same way! Yet the writer of this New Testament letter cheers for them to stay on track and never quit, so they can reach the finish line by the power of Jesus Christ. As James Reapsome leads you through thirteen studies in Hebrews, he offers you--and all of today's faith-weary Christians--the encouragement you need to stay in the faith-race. This LifeGuide Bible Study in IVP's revised format features questions for starting group discussions and for meeting God in personal reflection, as well as a new "Now or Later" section following each session to help you act on what you learn.

Ladies Night Out

Come join us for some laughs watching the comedy of a “stay-at-home-mom”-turned- “YouTube comedic Phe-mom-enon”…Anita Renfroe. We'll also celebrate and honor Gale Norman's birthday! We're so thankful for her role as the Pastor's wife & her ability to wear many hats! We hope to see all women of Creation Church Friday night March 15th AND there will be CAKE!

Now about the Christian comedian stuff...If you don't know who Anita Renfroe is, you're in for a night you'll laugh so hard you might cry. Anita is wife of a baptist pastor in Georgia. Here's the description on her website:
"Anita has been featured as a comedy correspondent for Good Morning America, performed at The Grand Ole Opry, and has appeared on “Dr.Phil”, Sirius XM’s “Oprah and Friends”, CBS’s “The Early Show”, Fox News Channel’s “Fox and Friends”, “Inside Edition”, Nickelodean’s “Mom’s Night Out”, “Huckabee” and many more. With her unique brand of estrogen flavored musical comedy and blend of sass, edge and slightly offbeat takes on All Things Female, audiences at her comedy concert tours, viewers of Good Morning America appearances and the YouTube masses who enjoyed her William Tell version of everything a Mom says would say that Anita just tells it like it is."
